I think parents would be most welcome to his ideas. So many paretns find the toddler years frustrating and don't know the best way of handling them.
ReplyDeleteI think if they understood why they are behaving the way they do, parents would find it easier. Good communication including listening an d trying to understand will alleviate the problems in many cases. We get fantastic results by just getting parents to be on the same level as their child so they are face to face with good eye contact. Improving communication will as you know, always improve behaviour! But I'm preaching to the converted again!
